Student Hostel is committed to protect the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We are also committed to protecting the client's personal information.
Customers may make reservation in advance through HostelGig. When making reservations, Customers will be required to provide identification information including, but not limited to, their name, university, contact telephone, email address and guardian's details. Payment will be required for all reservations within 24hrs of booking. Payments made are not refundable. Reservation booked in advanced do not constitute a legally binding contract between the Hostel and the Customer until the Hostel confirms the reservation with the Customer. Bookings made through other third party website is not binding. Customers may extend their stay subject to availability; rates are subject to change. The Hostel will use all reasonable endeavors to accommodate such requests.
All rates are subject to change. Rates and prices are quoted when making reservations and apply only to accommodation unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for group bookings in advanced. Payments are to be made to the Hostel's Bank Details if displayed on Site else place your reservation and wait for the hostel manager's call for further notice. A confirmation email will be sent after reservation has been approved. Proof of payment is required when moving in.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
