No! For now HostelGig does not allow In-App hostel fees payment, all payments are to be paid to all listed account details as displayed on each hostel profile when choosing a room. If hostel account details have not been provided on site - you're supposed to go on ahead; checkout with the room type you want, pick a room, submit your details, pay your booking fee and wait to receive a confirmation call from the hostel manager on payment details.
Once you've gone through the process of selecting a hostel to submitting your registration, paid the booking fee and received your confirmation SMS and Email - Visit your preference page in your portal by signing in with your credentials; if your room number is assigned, including your tenancy status and all details. Then you're good to go while waiting for approval from the manager.

On the left side of HostelGig homepage is a vertical black panel - hover on it or click on it, you'll see a tab named "Tenants" click on it to signin to visit your portal.
You can also visit your portal once you're on the "Thank You" page after paying your booking fee.
Your portal can also be accessed from the sent e-mail you received from hostelGig, with the email you provided when registering - scroll below the email and click the link to redirect back to your portal.
When Checking-In come along with the actual Bankers Draft you scanned when you booked your room online, together with the printable Invoice provided in your Preference page.
In case of a Failed Page Load "White Page" after submitting your details, don't panic - Go back to hostelGig homepage, hover over the black panel on the side and click on "Tenants" to signin with your Username and Password used when the Page Load failed.
Inside your Portal, navigate to Preference tab on the side menu to complete the process of paying your booking fee and hold on for a moment to have your application reviewed by the hostel manager.
HostelGig booking fees are subject to change and are not part of your hostel fees. Booking fees are paid through ExpressPay Payment Gateway under the account of NokrahDev - the parent company of HostelGig.LLC
Payment are accepted through major network MoMo systems and also through various credit and debit cards. Approve your payment notifications and avoid the risk of losing your preferred rooms to other ready applicants.

Your Portal also known as "Gig" is a mini-social networking platform i.e. similar to Twitter - designed to keep all students of each campus connected on a centralized system. Users are allowed to Post Relevant Contents, Market various Products and Services to a target-pool of other fellow students as customers on their respective campuses.
Users who violates the use of the platform by posting Sensitive contents such as Pornographic, Suicidal Contents will be taking off the service till further noticed - hence, it's adviced student make use of this easy to use platform to the fullest.
By now you already know how to sign in and visit your portal either through HostelGig homepage or any emails received from hostelgig - within your portal navigate to your Preference page and beneath your Personal Information is a button to Edit Your Information.
You can update your receipts, profile picture and any other details you wish to edit with the exception of your Full Name, Username and Password.
